Police presence at Prince of Wales Road incident in Norwich

In the heart of Norwich, there was a significant emergency services presence at the scene of an incident.

This evening, three police units were spotted on Prince of Wales Road.

At shortly before 6 p.m. today (March 15), officers were initially observed at the scene outside Barcadia.

As authorities partially blocked the route, heavy traffic began to build up in the area.

Traffic jams developed on the main thoroughfare as well as on nearby St Andrews Street and Upper King Street.
