CHARLIE DEWAR JOINS ALLOA ATHLETIC ON SHORT-TERM LOAN

In order to strengthen the Young Terrors’ defensive options, the Englishman crossed the border in the summer of 2023 after being noticed by Terrors scouts while playing for South Shields in the North-East.

In addition to playing for our B-team in the Challenge Cup and SPFL Reserve Cup, he has been a constant presence in the CAS Under-18s Elite League thus far this season.

The Wasps are hoping to snap a four-season hiatus from the second division and are currently tied for first place with Arbroath. Dewar, weather permitting, is scheduled to make his Clackmannanshire debut tomorrow afternoon against Inverness Caledonian Thistle at the Indodrill Stadium on Matchday 22.
