Test results positive for both Chakvetadze and Watford

The Georgian was undergoing a scan to check out some hamstring pain on Saturday as Watford defeated Derby 2-0.

Chakvetadze rejoins the team, nevertheless, and the outcomes were positive.

Tom Cleverley stated, “Giorgi’s scan was really positive and it’s highly likely that he’ll be back in the frame for tomorrow.”

The good news is that Jonathan Bond also trained today.

Despite playing through some pain, Imran is in excellent spirits, and his performances are unaffected.

Despite being a totem for the Hornets this season, the victory on Saturday was accomplished without Chakvetadze.

Cleverley remarked, “I thought the boys did really well to make sure we didn’t miss him.”

“Rocco performed his duties flawlessly, including his out-of-possession duties and the directness with which he drives his desire to score goals for our team.”

“It demonstrated that if Giorgi isn’t a good fit, we have good options.”

But let’s go right to the point: Giorgi is one of the league’s top players, and we are a stronger team with him.

“I’m happy that the results of his scan were good.”

After missing three months due to injury, Tom Dele-Bashiru returned to action at Pride Park.

“He performed well in the game on Saturday,” Cleverley noted.

We are undoubtedly busy this week, and I am strong in this section of the field.

Fortunately, we are not depending on Tom playing consecutive ninety minutes, and since he hasn’t played in that position in a while, we will switch him up occasionally.

According to the statistics, Tom increases our chances of winning when he plays.

“When he plays for the team, he has a very good win ratio, and I’m really happy to have him back because it’s like having a new signing.”

Despite starting on the bench, Moussa Sissoko played farther forward than normal and took Dele-Bashiru’s spot at halftime.

Cleverley stated, “It’s something he did at Nantes, and I thought we saw the best of Moussa on Saturday.”

He is selfless, has the strength and timing to time his runs in that part of the field, and shown excellent through-ball and assist skills.

“I thought his performance was excellent, and he gives us that choice.”
