Southampton manager Ivan Juric aims to exploit ‘evil’ gameplan to disrupt Nottingham Forest
After Tuesday’s draw with Liverpool, where Arne Slot praised Matz Sels for his heroics in goal, the Forest team is now seven games undefeated.
Southampton, on the other hand, has not experienced a league victory since early November and has dropped their last four Premier League games.

The two sides couldn’t be more contrasting in their current states, with Clinton Morrison predicting a top-four finish for Forest whilst the footballing world is unanimous in its prediction of Southampton to be relegated.
It is not surprising that Saints manager Ivan Juric is expecting his team will display some very specific traits on Sunday that could upset Nuno Espirito Santo’s typical Forest approach, given their need for a radical reversal of fortune.
Juric used some strong language to explain what he wants to see from his team at the City Ground on Sunday following their 3-1 loss to Manchester United.

Paul Robinson has praised Sels’ work in goal as a result of Southampton giving up an incredible 47 goals in the Premier League this season, which contrasts sharply with Forest holding the league’s record for most clean sheets.
Juric will be hoping for any indication that his team can put on the “Italian” performance he wants, but the rematch between the two teams offers no such motivation.
In August, Espirito Santo’s team traveled to Southampton and won thanks to a goal from Morgan Gibbs-White.
