Norwich City make move to land 11-goal ace after Cardiff City interest
According to Darren Witcoop of X, the Canaries have inquired about the 22-year-old.
Posh have produced talented players, including Ronnie Edwards and Ephron Mason-Clark, who excelled at Weston Homes Stadium last season.
Both players have moved on since then, but Darren Ferguson’s team still has several talented players to watch out for, including Kwame Poku.
Jones is another player who has grown as a true star in recent years, making some notable contributions in the last third this season.

The goals have recently dried up, but to be fair to the striker, his club has suffered in recent weeks, which could have contributed.
He has also played a large amount of games this season.
With 31 appearances barely halfway through the season, it was unavoidable that he would endure a dry period.
Norwich City is among those interested in Ricky-Jade Jones.
According to Witcoop, Norwich have contacted Peterborough about Jones’ availability for a potential January transfer.
Cardiff City, the Canaries’ league rivals, made a bid for the 22-year-old youngster after his contract expired in the summer. However, their offer was rejected.
Norwich may be able to recruit the forward, but Johannes Hoff Thorup’s team will face competition from abroad clubs.
Jones is only 22 years old and will only improve, making him a player the Canaries should consider investing in.
It’s also fair to claim that Norwich’s attacking quality has dwindled in recent years, despite Josh Sargent remaining at the club, Ante Crnac joining, and Borja Sainz doing admirably this season.
Gabriel Sara, Adam Idah, and Christos Tzolis left in the summer, along with Abu Kamara, who could have been a valuable asset in the long run.
With this in mind, they should aim to sign Jones, who has performed admirably at Peterborough this season and would be eager to succeed if he moved up to the Championship.
If Norwich do not sign Jones during this transfer window, they may pursue him in the summer.
