plymouth argyle, Plymouth Argyle make bid for player wanted by Preston North End and Swansea City
Wycombe Wanderers signed Low in July last year and he has since become one of their most prized assets.
He rose up through the academy ranks at Bristol City and was a regular for them at various youth levels.
The Wales international, who has two caps under his belt so far for his country, signed his first professional contract at Ashton Gate back in 2020.
Low went on to play twice for the Robins’ first-team and was loaned out by the second tier outfit to the likes of Frome Town, Dorchester Town, Yate Town, Eastleigh and Walsall to get some experience under his belt.
He spent time with the latter in League Two before he was sold on a permanent basis to Wycombe Wanderers and hasn’t looked back since
Low has been on the radar of Preston North End and Swansea City but Plymouth Argyle hope to steal a march on the duo.
It would be a shame for Wycombe Wanderers to lose Low, especially this winter, as they eye promotion along with Birmingham City and Wrexham.

Stoke City will hope to reach the beginning of February with striker Tom Cannon still a member of their squad – but speculation is intensifying that parent club Leicester City could make a decision to take the forward out of the Potteries and send him elsewhere for the second half of the season.
Young forward Cannon, formerly of Everton, has been Stoke’s undisputed focal point this term; beginning with his four-goal haul in the demolition of Portsmouth to deliver an early win in the reign of former boss Narcis Pelach, Cannon has since followed those goals up with important strikes in wins over Derby County and Blackburn Rovers, as well as recently against Sunderland and in the draw at Queens Park Rangers.
His nine league goals have him towards the top of the top scorer list, level with the likes of Burnley’s Josh Brownhill and Portsmouth’s Callum Lang, but Cannon’s impressive return has attracted the eyes of clubs elsewhere in the Championship. The Irish international is supposedly wanted by both Luton Town and Sheffield Wednesday.
