Walton, Muric decision made by McKenna: Predicted Ipswich lineup vs. Fulham
Ipswich Town will be missing six players for Sunday’s Premier League meeting with Fulham at Craven Cottage.

Conor Chaplin is facing a couple of weeks out with a knee injury and will join Axel Tuanzebe (hamstring), Chiedozie Ogbene (Achilles), George Hirst (knee) and Massimo Luongo (illness) in the treatment room.

Kieran McKenna directed his Ipswich team to a surprising 2-0 win over Chelsea last time out, with Christian Walton maintaining a clean sheet after being handed his first Premier League start since the opening weekend of the season.

McKenna has subsequently announced that Walton would keep his spot between the posts at the expense of Arijanet Muric, although a back four of Dara O’Shea, Luke Woolfenden, Jacob Greaves and Leif Davis might remain intact.

Kalvin Phillips will be trying to push his way back into the first XI, although skipper Sam Morsy and Jens Cajuste may be favored to start in centre-midfield once again.

Liam Delap and Omari Hutchinson were two notable performances against Chelsea, the latter scoring his first Premier League goal of the season, and both players might be joined in attack by Wes Burns and one of Nathan Broadhead, Sammie Szmodics or Jack Clarke.

Ipswich Town probable starting lineup: Walton; O’Shea, Greaves, Wolfenden, Davis; Morsy, Cajuste; Burns, Hutchinson, Szmodics; Delap
