After Stoke City’s match against Leeds United, fighting broke out, and two individuals were taken into custody.
According to Staffordshire Police, there was violence during the Boxing Day match at the bet365 Stadium, and more arrests are anticipated.
According to a statement, two men, ages 22 and 62, were taken into custody on Sunday morning on suspicion of affray. “We want to send a strong message that if you get involved in disorder you will be arrested,” stated Superintendent John Owen.
The score was 0–2 for Stoke City.
