15 players set to miss Tottenham vs Wolves after Matheus Cunha suspension update

Tottenham are not the only Premier League club battling with injuries; Wolves’ opponents on Sunday are also missing several key players. Ange Postecoglou’s list of absentees has remained in the double digits for some time, and there is no sign of any returns.

Radu Dragusin suffered an ankle injury and was substituted in Spurs’ 1-0 defeat to Nottingham Forest. Ben Davies was expected to return from a hamstring injury that had kept him out since early December, while Postecoglou faced a nervous wait for the Romanian.

However, the Tottenham manager has confirmed that this would not happen against Wolves. “Unfortunately, he had a setback in training, so he’s probably out for another couple of weeks,” he told a press conference.Postecoglou provided favorable reports on Richarlison and Mike Moore, despite their continued absence.

“Yeah, him [Moore] and Richy in the final phases,” she replied. “Next week, they may begin training. We have a little gap before the Newcastle game. Mikey and Richy are scheduled to return to first-team training next week. Guglielmo Vicario and Wilson Odobert are long-term absentees, while Djed Spence has been suspended.
