Prior to Sunday’s home match against Hull City, John Eustace has stated that he has no new injury issues to deal with.
Even though the manager is still missing several key players, the team selected to play Sunderland all survived the Boxing Day match against the Black Cats.
Harry Leonard, who scored the equalizer against Regis Le Bris’ visitors just four minutes after entering the game, was vying for a starting spot, and Eustace was happy with the impact his replacements made against the Wearsiders.
The 21-year-old wasn’t alone, though; Amario Cozier-Duberry, Makhtar Gueye, and John Buckley all had an influence.
With players like Arnor Sigurdsson, Scott Wharton, Hayden Carter, Lewis Travis, and Harry Pickering all out against Ruben Selles’ Tigers, the manager has a serious selection dilemma.
The 45-year-old told RoversTV, “Everyone has come through the Sunderland game with no problems.”

“Everyone needs to feel appreciated, which they do, and we have a lot of games during this time.
“This team deserves all the praise for their outstanding performance thus far this season.
“It’s good that Bakes [Lewis Baker] came in for his first start for a little while and to get a good 70 minutes under his belt was pleasing.
“Bucko coming off the bench made a difference, Makhtar made a difference, little Amario again made a difference.”
