Swansea City want striker in January – Luke Williams’ side could face competition from ‘several other clubs’

Swansea City are reportedly interested in signing Wycombe Wanderers’ Richard Kone in the winter transfer window.

The Welsh team has 24 goals in 22 Championship games this season and hopes to enhance their offensive for the second half of the season.

Swansea City have added the Wycombe Wanderers player to their list for the forthcoming transfer window.

That’s at least what 225 Foot reports, and the 21-year-old is one of the attackers Swansea City are interested in signing.

The Ivorian joined Wycombe Wanderers from Athletic Newham at the beginning of this year, signing a contract until 2026. He has 16 goals and six assists in 49 League One games, including 12 goals and two assists this season.

Kone’s performances would have persuaded the Championship side to add him on their January target list.

According to the report,’several other clubs’ are interested in the frontman, but no further information is provided. This implies Williams’ team may face competition from others for his signature.

At this time, Kone’remains elusive’ about his future despite interest from Swansea City and other clubs.
