Despite losing consecutive games against Arsenal in the Carabao Cup and Premier League, the Eagles have recently been in fantastic form under Oliver Glasner.

Prior to the setback against Arsenal, Palace had gone unbeaten in their previous five games, winning two of them.

Palace will benefit from the return of three key players against the Cherries.Glasner stated in today’s news conference that Eberechi Eze will return to the team after missing the previous game due to a minor injury.

Daniel Munoz, who missed the previous game due to a suspension, will return to the starting lineup on Thursday.

Trevoh Chalobah was an unused replacement on Saturday, but he is expected to return against Bournemouth in a three-man defence with Marc Guehi and Maxence Lacroix.

The Eagles lost 5-1 to the Gunners, but the scoreline doesn’t really reflect their effort last week.

Palace might have improved their set-piece defense and generated chances to tie the game after falling behind 3-1 at halftime.

They also lacked talent without Eze and Munoz. As a result, Glasner should not be concerned about his latest defeat against a high-quality opponent. Rather, he should concentrate on inspiring his players for the next battle.

Bournemouth are now on fire, with four wins and a draw, and Andoni Iraola’s side is striving for European football.

They have won four home games (their away record is significantly superior) and are fifth in the Premier League table. Palace can expect a tough battle at the Vitality Stadium.

After a poor start to the season, the Eagles have gained pace and are now 16th in the table with 16 points. With Eze and Munoz expected to return, they should try for all three points on Thursday.
