Southampton are considering West Brom head coach Carlos Corberan for their future manager, as well as former Denmark manager Kasper Hjulmand and at least one other international manager. Sky Sports News has learnt that there has been no communication with current Sheffield Wednesday manager Danny Rohl, who was Ralph Hassenhuttl’s assistant at St Mary’s two years ago and was considered the early leader for the job. Former Roma manager Daniele de Rossi is also said to be interested, but Southampton do not intend to pursue the Italian coach at this time. Saints are still in the early stages of finding a successor for Russell Martin,who was fired on Sunday during an emergency board meeting following the 5-0 home loss to Tottenham.
