Blackburn Rovers are back in Championship action on Tuesday night with an away trip to Hillsborough to face Sheffield Wednesday.
Blackburn Rovers head into the game on the back of four wins on the spin against Cardiff City, Middlesbrough, Leeds United and Hull City.
They beat the latter 1-0 at the MKM Stadium last time out following Sean McLoughlin’s own goal for the Tigers.
John Eustace’s side are sat in 6th place in the table and are inside the play-offs with Burnley, Sunderland, and Middlesbrough.
Blackburn Rovers team news
Blackburn Rovers will welcome back midfielder Lewis Travis following his one-game suspension.
The Lancashire outfit will make checks on left-back Harry Pickering. Eustace has said, as per a report by the Lancashire Telegraph: “Picky missed out (against Hull City) because of a slight injury he picked up in training on Thursday. It’s a hamstring injury but I think there is a good chance he will be back for Tuesday.”
Elsewhere, Andi Weimann, Arnor Sigurdsson and Balazs Toth remain out of action, whilst defensive pair Hayden Carter and Scott Wharton are still sidelined.
