Alan Myers shares his ‘hunch’ on whether Sean Dyche will be sacked after Everton’s defeat to Manchester United
Everton lost 4-0 to Manchester United at Old Trafford on Sunday, demonstrating their ongoing struggles.
Sean Dyche’s team is only two points above the relegation zone after being winless in their last five games.

Dyche’s pragmatism condemned Everton to yet another dismal goalless afternoon, leaving them without any imagination for the future.
Everton supporters are demanding that Dyche be fired because the team has now gone four games without a goal.
According to early reports, Everton wouldn’t fire Dyche unless there was an urgent situation, but it might be approaching that stage in advance of a very challenging schedule.
Alan Myers, a club insider, has now made a determination regarding his dismissal.
Alan Myers thinks Sean Dyche won’t be sacked
According to Alan Myers, a respected journalist for Sky Sports who covers all things Everton, Dyche will stay in his position for at least two more weeks, or until the takeover is finished.
Myers has insisted that Farhad Moshiri, who has continued to have faith in the former Burnley manager, is unlikely to fire Dyche.
With the current ownership, the 53-year-old has enough bank account balance to likely be in charge of the upcoming games, at the very least.
It would also be impractical at this point to switch the dugout with the Wolves game only three days away.

Dyche struggling to do what he’s best at
For Dyche and Everton, the season has been troubling in a number of ways, but the defence may be their biggest issue.
Last season, when his team conceded the fourth-fewest goals in the league, Dyche demonstrated his ability to set up a strong defence.
However, he simply can’t seem to do it right this season, which is really concerning because that’s his strongest suit.
