Everton consider Edin Terzic appointment; TFG have spoken to him before
According to TEAMtalk, Everton is reportedly thinking in hiring Edin Terzic if they decide to fire Sean Dyche.
The former Borussia Dortmund coach is reportedly “under consideration” at Goodison Park, although he might be above the Toffees’ budget, according to the internet source from November 27.
TEAMtalk further stated that the Friedkin Group, who also own Everton, contacted Terzic regarding Ivan Juric’s replacement at Roma.
Edin Terzic would be a remarkable appointment for Everton
Dyche just isn’t a good match at Everton, and it looks like the team will decide to fire him eventually. When they do, though, they have to be careful not to make any mistakes in selecting his replacement.
Another name that has been floated for a return to Goodison Park (Alan Nixon) was David Moyes, but the club just cannot entertain such an appointment.
A younger coach with new ideas is what the Toffees need. Someone who can help the club get back on track and boost morale on Merseyside. Terzic is a good fit.
The Toffees have a quality team that just needs a distinct playing identity to flourish as they have in the past, despite their dismal start to the season.
Terzic has demonstrated throughout his career that he can motivate players to perform at their highest level, and his hiring has the potential to transform this Everton team from relegation candidates to top 10 challengers.
