Celtic’s win over Hearts has opened up a nice little gap at the top of the Scottish Premiership table this weekend.

After Aberdeen and Rangers both dropped points, Celtic took advantage of that as the Bhoys comfortably beat Hearts at Tynecastle after a tentative first-half display from Brendan Rodgers’ men.

However, Celtic looked like a new side after Rodgers’ half-time pep talk sparked the Hoops into action as goals from Kyogo Furuhashi, Nicolas Kuhn and an Adam Idah double sealed the win and sent the three points back to Glasgow.

But there was an incident Celtic fans might have missed in Tynecastle after Idah scored his first goal and here, the Republic of Ireland striker explains exactly what happened.

Idah told The Scottish Sun, “I definitely enjoyed it. They were giving me a bit when I was warming up so I thought I’d give a bit back. I could probably buy all my Christmas presents with the amount of coins on the pitch.
