Liam Payne has been laid to rest at a private funeral.

The former One Direction star died after falling from a hotel balcony in Buenos Aires on October 16 at the age of 31, and it has now been reported that his parents have planned a “perfect service” for him, which will take place this evening NZT, exactly five weeks after the tragedy.

A source told The Sun that Liam’s funeral will take place tomorrow afternoon in the Home Counties. “His family went to tremendous efforts to plan the perfect service and give him the send-off he deserved.” Liam may have been a global sensation, but to Geoff and Karen, he will always remain their little kid.

“The memories we made with him will be treasured forever. For the time being, our thoughts are with his family, friends, and the fans who adored him just like we did. We’ll miss him horribly. “We love you, Liam.”
