JUST IN: Wales name side to face Springboks

Under-pressure Wales coach Warren Gatland has named his matchday 23-man squad to face the Springboks at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff.

Under-pressure Wales coach Warren Gatland has made four changes to the starting XV that was hammered by Australia for their match against South Africa in Cardiff on Saturday, November 23.

Kickoff is at 19:40 (SA time).
Wales lost 52-20 to the Wallabies last Saturday, marking a record 11th consecutive Test defeat, with Gatland’s future a topic of great discussion.

Gatland picked Sam Costelow as flyhalf for the difficult match against the double world champions, while Rio Dyer makes his maiden start on the wing, with Blair Murray moving to fullback in place of Cam Winnett.

 

Christ Tshiunza substitutes the injured Adam Beard in the second row, and Taine Plumtree replaces Aaron Wainwright at number eight.
