Raiders vs dolphins: Raiders could get key offensive weapon back

After a bye, the Las Vegas Raiders face the Miami Dolphins this week. Neither of these two clubs’ seasons have gone as planned. However, this game provides an opportunity for each of these two to begin to pull things together in the second half of the season. This is the final injury report. The Raiders have four players labeled as ‘out’. Harrison Bryant, the tight end, and Andre James, the center, will also miss Sunday’s game. Another offensive lineman, Cody Whitehair, will miss the game, leaving the Raiders severely weak in that area. Finally, cornerback Nate Hobbs will be on the sidelines.

Regarding the ‘questionable’ status, the Raiders only have one player, but he’s a very interesting one. Tight end Michael Mayer, who left the team several weeks ago for personal reasons, is scheduled to return on Sunday. Mayer is labeled as ‘questionable’ on the depth chart, but there’s a decent possibility he plays. Aside from Kendall Fuller, the Dolphins have no players who will miss the game who aren’t currently on injured reserve, but Miami does have numerous players who are game-time decisions. Miami has multiple injured offensive linemen. Terron Armstead, a tackle, and guards Robert Jones and Isaiah Wynn are all considered ‘questionable’. Obviously, there is a lot of depth in doubt on the offensive line, so it’s worth paying attention to. Finally, Alec Ingold, a fullback and former Raider, is iffy. Patrick McMorris, the safety, is also involved.
