According to Turkish media, Galatasaray want to sign Norwich City attacker Borja Sainz during the January transfer window.
The 23-year-old has been in excellent form for the Caneries this season, scoring 12 goals in his first 15 appearances.
Sabah has reported on Galatasaray’s pursuit of the teenage winger, claiming that the Super Lig club’s hierarchy has given the green light to bring him in.
The Turkish champions are looking for a wide attacker to replace Kerem Aktürkoğlu, who was sold to Benfica during the previous season. Sainz appears to be a potential candidate.
According to the Turkish media outlet, Galatasaray’s relationship with Norwich City could assist get the transfer done. Cimbom signed Brazilian midfielder Gabriel Sara from the Championship side this summer.
There have been no indications that Galatasaray will offer Elias Jelert in a potential transfer after the Danish defender was recently linked with the English club.
Sainz’s contract with Norwich City runs until June 2026.
