Millwall have three players in doubt whereas Leeds have three players out and two doubts for Wednesday’s game.
Millwall host Leeds United on Wednesday as they look to make it four wins in a row in the Championship after consecutive 1-0 victories against Plymouth, Swansea and Burnley. Their latest win put Neil Harris’ side just two points off the play-offs in seventh place.
They face a Leeds United side who are unbeaten in eight matches and come off the back of a 3-0 win over Wayne Rooney’s Plymouth Argyle on Saturday where goals from. They will make the trip to the Den on Wednesday night in what could be a closely fought match between two in-form sides.
The game will kick off at 7:45 pm, but both teams have several players that could miss out on the game due to injury concerns. Millwall’s recent injury woes however are improving and Neil Harris should have a much fitter squad come Wednesday than he did over the weekend against Burnley.
Millwall injury news
The Lions have no players that are confirmed to be out for Wednesday’s game yet, however, they do have three players that are a doubt. Firstly, winger Adam Mayor has still yet to feature this season due to a hamstring injury that he suffered during pre-season.
The winger is close to a return and could feature against Leeds. However, due to the fact that he will be returning from a long-term injury, it’s likely that if Mayor does feature, he will come off the bench as a substitute rather than starting the game to avoid any risk of re-aggravating his issue.
Midfielder Billy Mitchell is also a doubt for the game as he has also not featured yet this season because of a thigh injury. However, his recovery had been positive and looks like there could be a chance that he could make an appearance on Wednesday night.
Finally, striker Tom Bradshaw is also trying to make a return from a long-term injury as he suffered a hamstring issue in Millwall’s Carabao Cup match against Leyton Orient in August. He looked somewhat likely to play at the weekend but it came too soon for the 32-year-old who will hope to be back to play against Leeds.

Leeds United injury news
Despite Millwall’s recent injury problems, Leeds are the side that are likely to be missing more names for Wednesday night’s matchup as they have three players who have already been ruled out. Largie Ramazani is side-lined with an ankle injury for starters.
Furthermore, club captain Ethan Ampadu is also going to miss the game as he is dealing with a knee issue which is expected to keep the Welsh international out until at least the new year despite not requiring surgery. Finally, Ilia Gruev is also suffering from a knee injury, he needed surgery and will be out until January.
With regards to doubts for Leeds, striker Patrick Bamford missed Leeds’ 3-0 win over Plymouth at the weekend due to an illness, he will be likely to return against Millwall, but it remains unclear as to whether he will definitely be ready for Wednesday’s game.
Another striker, Joe Gelhardt is another doubt for the Whites as he suffered a hip issue in training prior to the Plymouth game. His injury is expected to be minor so all going well for the 22-year-old he could return on Wednesday night.
