New convenience store set to come at Ipswich Waterfront

There will soon be a new convenience store at Ipswich Waterfront.

Work has been starting on the ground floor apartment that was supposed to become Brewdog at Albion Wharf in Ipswich.

The site has been unoccupied since the brewing company left in December 2022.

Workers at the site report that the unit has been split into two as they continue their job.

The installation of refrigerators for Londis is underway.It is known that the location is intended to be a new Londis shop that will service the residents of the surrounding apartments, and one side of it has refrigerators built.

As of right now, the Londis’ opening date is unknown.
Many sofas, the purpose of which is still unknown, are currently housed in the other half of the apartment.
