Norwich City are set to add Ipswich Town U18s boss Olly Lee to their academy coaching staff, according to TWTD.

Norwich City is a club that is undergoing change both on and off the pitch. After the Canaries were eliminated from the play-offs under David Wagner, they hired Johannes Hoff Thorup as their new manager over the summer. The Dane has swiftly begun to change the mindset and ethos at Carrow Road, with the assistance of sporting director Ben Knapper. There have been other changes, with some occurring in the backroom teams at the academy and first-team levels. Now, a new face will join the youth ranks, and he comes from a familiar foe.

According to TWTD, Norwich City is ready to employ Ipswich Town’s Olly Lee for their youth program. The 33-year-old has been managing the Tractor Boys’ U18s since joining Tottenham Hotspur in 2023. Lee retired around a year and a half ago while playing for League Two side Gillingham. 1 of 20
