It’s going to be a rough week for Celtic fans as more former players and commentators weigh in on why Brendan Rodgers’ team failed in Dortmund.

Some supporters will dismiss Celtic’s defeat as a result of inferiority, while others will seek feedback from players to identify areas for improvement for the upcoming match against Atalanta.

So far, 67 Hail Hail has explored the perspectives of Owen Hargreaves and Martin Keown, as well as Neil Lennon, who believes Brendan Rodgers is not to blame for the results.

Johan Mjallby, a former Celtic defender, provides his opinion on what went wrong at Dortmund.

Celtic must learn to bear pressure.

Mjallby told TNT Sports, “I don’t think they have to change the way they play, because they have been so successful, especially at home.”

“They will always pose a danger to teams such as Dortmund. However, I believe you should prepare yourself for being under pressure.

“And the good teams, they are as good as Celtic, if not better; they put pressure on you. Brendan wants to get them comfortable and used to playing under pressure.

“Otherwise, this may happen again and again. And it doesn’t matter if you have a defender or a defensive midfielder.

“If you lose the ball, particularly when attempting to create your offensive in your own third, with opponents facing your own goal and winning the ball, you are in big trouble.

“That’s just the way it is.”

Celtic need a confidence boost following their terrible Champions League outcome against Borussia Dortmund.

The sooner Celtic can put this result behind them, the better, as the Bhoys need to finish the week strong.

Brendan Rodgers’ next Scottish Premiership game against Ross County is coming Sunday at Dingwall, and a win is crucial.

The international break looms, and Celtic cannot afford to enter the two-week break with another disappointing performance.

Celtic are now tied with Aberdeen at the top of the Scottish Premiership standings. They want to increase their lead with a win against County and hope Jimmy Thelin’s team fails against a desperate Hearts side.
