The Romanian international was a frequent subject of questions for the management, but in an unexpected development, the 25-year-old is back in the starting lineup after holding his own with the B team.
Ianis Hagi is set to rejoin the Rangers first team. Pictures showing Hagi back in training were posted on the Rangers official X page, and Clement will be happy to have put an end to a situation that had been going on for far too long. The manager of the Gers is lacking attackers, and Hagi has shown that he can provide quantity. According to Joshua Barrie of The Rangers Review, all parties concerned were eager to see Hagi return to the stage that his talent merits, hence the decision was made mutually:
“After discussion between the two parties with a desire to resolve the situation expressed on either side, a solution has been reached.”In anticipation of the club’s last games before the approaching October international break, Hagi has since resumed first-team training.
