competition for Andre Onana (Alan Nixon).

According to the report, Patterson is valued at about £20 million by Sunderland and is being considered by Crystal Palace and

Liverpool. The England youth international has also been linked to Celtic and Arsenal in recent transfer seasons.

According to sources, Birmingham City is reportedly considering making a bold approach for Sunderland prodigy Chris Rigg in

January.
