Journalist saw Sean Dyche really lose his cool with Everton ace who ignored him, ‘Huge problem’

Dan Bardell believes Sean Dyche has a lack of authority at Everton after spotting Idrissa Gueye ignoring his instructions during a match.

The Toffees have squandered away potential wins in their previous four games in all competitions, the most recent being a Premier League stalemate against Leicester City.
Dyche has faced criticism for his team’s performances, particularly in the second halves of games that have gone wrong.

Sky Sports and talkSPORT journalist Bardell has shared something he discovered that suggests the dressing room is losing respect for the boss.

In an exclusive interview with Goodison News, Bardell stated, “What alarmed me at Everton when I watched them was Dyche and the players’ body language.”

“Against Aston Villa, Dyche was on edge on the sidelines at times, and there was a moment when he lost his cool with Idrissa Gueye, but there was no sense of power there.

“It was almost as if he didn’t care; he shrugged his shoulders and dismissed what Dyche was saying to him.

“It is that mentality that is a major issue. When the chips are down, they retreat inside themselves and do not hope to win.

Idrissa Gueye criticised for poor mentality at Everton

The Villans squandered two goal leads against Bournemouth and Aston Villa, and it is reasonable to condemn the Toffees players and manager in those games.

Dyche has been criticized in particular for the club’s performance, despite an uncertain scenario surrounding the club’s ownership, which appears to be nearing a settlement through Dan Friedkin.

It must be noted that the manager cannot always be blamed for the results, especially when players appear to quit performing to their full potential.

Bardell chose Gueye at a certain moment, and there is no excuse given his work expertise.

All of the players at Goodison should work together rather than competing, with stars like the Senegal international doing more to support the young players.
