Jim White made fun of an Alex Crook claim made by the Rangers following Celtic’s 5-1 Champions League victory over Slovan Bratislava.
On Wednesday night (18 September), the Old Firm rivals of the Gers got their European campaign off to a great start at Parkhead.
It’s safe to say that when White and his co-presenter discussed this live on talkSPORT on September 20 at 10:14 a.m., they were impressed.
Celtic, 5-1 Slovan Bratislava, he declared. I adore it.
“Celtic could potentially make it into the play-off spots for a two-leg shoot-out for a spot in the final 16,” Crook retorted. “That would be fantastic for them and fantastic for Scottish football.”
“Yet Rangers supporters most likely wouldn’t concur.”
