Ally McCoist reacts to what Alan Brazil has just been told about Rangers, ‘Brilliant’

Ally McCoist has acknowledged that he will be lounging on the couch to watch Rangers’ Europa League matches against Manchester United and Tottenham.

The Ibrox hero acknowledged that the team is playing fantastic games, with Ange Postecoglou’s comeback to Glasgow probably taking center stage.

On September 19, Alan Brazil revealed live on talkSPORT that he had only just realized Rangers would be playing the two English teams.

Then, McCoist responded, “They’re brilliant games,” with a mixture of fear and delight.

“The way things are going right now, I’ll be watching those two from behind the couch. You really couldn’t make that up—big Ange returning to Ibrox and then unavoidably visiting Old Trafford.”

Rangers not ready to face Manchester United and Tottenham

The fact that Hearts managed a disappointing draw and Celtic lost 3-0 indicates that, unless things improve rapidly, these Europa League matches may be too much to bear.
