West Brom have played both home and away twice in the Championship this season.
The Baggies began their season away at Loftus Road, defeating QPR 3-1 before drawing 0-0 with Leeds United. West Brom then won away to Stoke City before heading into the international break with a win over Swansea.
WBA has drawn a four-figure crowd to their two away games. The Bet365 Stadium had a total of 3,044 supporters, and when West Brom played at QPR, there were roughly 1,760 away fans. Although the two visits to Staffordshire and West London are not particularly long, it is encouraging to see Carlos Corberan’s guys well supported on their travels.
Following the international break, a trip to Portsmouth is planned, with the match scheduled for Sunday, September 15, due to Sky Sports’ broadcasting rights. An allocation of 2,171 has been allocated for the voyage down to the South Coast, and tickets start at £6 for a child aged between two and thirteen years old.
With only two away games played, West Brom has an average of 2,371, placing them in the top six for the highest average. Here’s how their away attendance this season compares to their competitors…
