Washington Commanders Free Agency: Cowboys DE Dante Fowler Jr signed

Dan Quinn, the new head coach of the Washington Commanders, is supposedly acquiring another

former defensive player from the Dallas Cowboys. Dorance Armstrong has already accepted terms to join

a division opponent, and now Dante Fowler Jr., a fellow DE, is joining him on Joe Whitt Jr.’s defensive

coordinator team.

For the previous two seasons, Fowler has been a member of the Cowboys, playing for former DC Dan

Quinn. He was selected third overall in the 2015 NFL draft and will be 30 years old when the season

begins.
