Too Early To Say But – Top Flight Star Sees Positive Signs From Criticised Celtic Star

Andy Halliday, a star in the Scottish Premiership, feels that it is a bit early to say that Nicolas Kuhn has turned a corner as a Celtic player, but he emphasized that he was excellent in the Scottish Cup quarter-final win over Livingston.

Kuhn, who joined Celtic in the winter transfer window from Rapid Vienna, has been viewed as another example of the club’s shoddy recruitment since last summer. The German has struggled to establish himself in the Celtic team and his performances have been criticized, with many thinking that he is not the kind of winger that Brendan Rodgers’ team needs. Nevertheless, Kuhn made a real difference in the 4-2 win over Livingston and recorded an assist in the match. Halliday emphasized that it is far too early to say that Nicolas Kuhn has turned a corner as a Celtic player.

However, Kuhn contributed an assist and was a major factor in the 4-2 victory over Livingston.

While Halliday emphasized that it is far too soon to declare that the German has improved in Scotland, he did argue that the team’s performance lacked nothing in intensity and quality, and he was also responsible for the opening goal’s assist.

“He has come under a lot of scrutiny, quite rightly so for some of his performances,” he stated on Clyde 1’s Superscoreboard.

However, I felt he was outstanding yesterday.

Although it might be premature to declare him a Celtics player, his enthusiasm was contagious, and his skill only strengthened it

“He had a fantastic ball for the first goal, but he made a very good overall contribution to the game.”

Over the course of the season, Kuhn hopes to improve on the display and grow more at ease wearing the Celtic shirt.
