Celtic tease exciting Tuesday morning announcement

Celtic has hinted at a new limited-edition uniform to honor the team’s Irish heritage. A mysterious social media post was made on Monday night announcing that an announcement would be made on Tuesday at eight in the morning.

Last season, the Scottish Champions unveiled a unique fourth uniform honoring the team’s Irish ancestry. Nevertheless, Celtic was unable to wear the uniform during play. Supporters considered the top to be their favorite, thus it was disappointing that they wouldn’t get to play it this weekend against St Johnstone.

Since this would be the fifth kit to be issued this season, maybe the post will provide information on whether the kit will be worn and if not, at what price point supporters can buy it.

For the match against St Johnstone, Celtic will be without vice captain Cameron Carter-Vickers as well as captain Callum McGregor. The team led by Craig Levein will be visiting Celtic Park after drawing their previous encounter at the home of Scotland’s best team.
