According to Gary Keown, having a flexible player like Dujon Sterling on the Rangers’ roster is “worth its weight in gold” to Philippe Clement.
On page 95 of the Scottish Mail on Sunday’s print edition on March 10, the journalist stated that the 24-year-old’s willingness to play “absolutely anywhere” has allowed the Gers’ injury-ravaged squad to keep their campaign going after he has appeared at right-back, midfield, and now on the right wing this season.
The Englishman, who scored his first professional goal in the Light Blues’ 2-2 draw with Benfica on Thursday (7 March), believes he has “never been celebrated before” and could work elsewhere.
