Curtis is from Nashville, Tennessee, and has decided to commit to Georiga. That might change, though, if he enjoys his visit to Ohio State. Curtis has also had attention from Alabama, Tennessee, Florida State, and Texas A&M.

How Will The Ohio State Quarterback Room Look in the Next Few Years?

Ohio State Buckeyes

The Ohio State quarterback room is now crowded; of course, they have transfer quarterback Will Howard, who is in his last season of college football and will not be available to compete with Curtis for a position. The same goes for Devin Brown, who will be out of Columbus when Curtis arrives.

Buckeye’s future quarterback room is expected to be competitive. They still have redshirt freshman quarterback Lincoln Kienholz, who performed admirably in the Cotton Bowl when Brown was hurt. The team has added two top-ranked quarterbacks in the 2024 class (Julian Sayin and Air Noland), as well as the second-best quarterback in the 2025 class (Tavien St. Clair).

If Curtis does not sign with Ohio State, that is OK. The Buckeyes’ quarterback room is already stacked with talent, and Ohio State is one of the greatest institutions in the nation. They will be able to locate excellent quarterbacks in the 2026, 2027, and 2028 quarterback classes.
