Man United facing injury issue as six players could miss Everton meeting.

Everton will go into the trip to Old Trafford hoping the club’s away form can lead them to a positive outcome after disappointment against West Ham.

Manchester United are expected to be without at least six players for the meeting with Everton at the weekend, including striker Rasmus Hojlund.

The Blues head to Old Trafford on Saturday lunchtime unbeaten in 10 Premier League games and off the back of three dismal results, including the home defeat to West Ham United.

Sean Dyche will have his own concerns to cope with, with Arnaut Danjuma and Idrissa Gueye both ruled out last the weekend, though Amadou Onana, Andre Gomes and Lewis Dobbin returned to his squad.

But Erik ten Hag is set to be without some major players too as he looks to lift his squad up after their derby defeat to Manchester City.

Hojlund is among those likely absentees, with ten Hag adding of the Danish striker’s muscular issue: “It’s a tiny ailment, two or three weeks. It’s a risk in high-intensity training.”
