Everton injury news: Doctor issues update on Dele Alli after Sean Dyche comments

Everton injury news: Doctor offers update on Dele Alli after Sean Dyche comments.

Dele Alli may not be back in action for Everton this season given what Sean Dyche said lately, according to Dr Rajpal Brar.

The injury specialist argues that they are purposefully taking things slow with Alli and that there will be a plan behind the scenes that is not known to the public.

Dyche said in the middle of February that the club are purposely holding him back and that he’s a long way from returning.

Speaking exclusively to Goodison News, Brar, an expert in Physical Therapy and Sports Scientist, stated regarding Alli:

“It sounds like they’re taking it intentionally slow and methodical to give Dele all the time he needs.

“Hard to say what will need to happen for him to play this season and what might happen if he doesn’t come back because that’s a possibility too.

“Clearly, there’s a plan in place between player and club that we aren’t privy to, other than it being intentionally slow.“

Alli may never don an Everton shirt again

Alli has faced repeated setbacks with his injury rehab and there is a serious risk he never plays for the Toffees again.

He has experienced various off-field troubles too and the club have every right to not share certain specifics since they’re better left behind closed doors.

Should he be on his way in the summer, it is going to be permanent so the possibility of Blues supporters seeing the last of him are exceedingly strong, as things stand.
