Like many other Premier League teams, Everton will be formulating their intentions for the summer transfer window.

With four points returned, the Merseysiders are well-positioned to stay in the Premier League; the difference between them and the relegation zone is currently five points.

Although Sean Dyche’s team’s standing in the top division is still uncertain—especially in light of the potential for more deductions—they have showed enough in recent weeks to avoid collapse.

Though they haven’t won any of their last six league games, Everton has only lost one. Nevertheless, it shows that they are difficult to defeat.

Goals are the one significant item that has been absent. In 2024, Dominic Calvert-Lewin has not scored in the league since October, and summer signing Beto, who cost £25 million, has not yet found the back of the net.

We’ve identified three strikers who ought to be on Dyche’s transfer wishlist as we approach the busy part of the season and the approaching summer.

Che Adams – Southampton

Everton had previously shown interest in Southampton center-forward Che Adams.

Last summer, the Toffees had discussions over a £12 million transfer for the former player of Birmingham City, but that move fell through.

Despite this, Dyche and his team are obviously enormous fans of the 27-year-old and are familiar with his profile.

Adams is a physically strong player who might be an asset to Everton as a focal point. He has scored nine goals in the Championship this season.

The 25-cap Scotland player’s contract is scheduled to expire this summer, making him eligible for a free transfer.

Thijs Dallinga – Toulouse

Thijs Dallinga is a tall center-forward who is well-versed in Everton’s system and understands exactly where the back of the net is.

Premier League opponents Bournemouth, Crystal Palace, and Brentford are keeping an eye on the 23-year-old, who made his senior debut for the Netherlands in November, according to TEAMtalk.

Dallinga is Ligue 1’s fifth-highest scorer this season with 13 goals in all competitions. At £12.8 million on the Transfermarkt, Everton might be able to sign him for a low price.

Denis Undav – VfB Stuttgart (on loan)

Many Everton supporters may recognise Dennis Undav because he played 22 Premier League games for Brighton & Hove Albion.

The 27-year-old, who is on loan from the Seagulls and enjoying a successful season with Bundesliga club VfB Stuttgart, may be a feasible alternative for The Toffees this summer.

In Germany’s top level, only three players have scored more goals than Undav, including Harry Kane, a former striker for Tottenham Hotspur.

After the season, the loanee is scheduled to return to Brighton, where the presence of Danny Welbeck and Evan Ferguson may make them more amenable to approving a long-term move.
