Rangers threesome and a supposed £15 million Premier League player are intrigued to an Instagram photo of a Gers player who “keeps on fighting.”

James Tavernier has received a lot of plaudits from Rangers manager Philippe Clement after the Ibrox captain’s spectacular free-kick performance against Kilmarnock.

The Ibrox boss was speaking following Rangers’ 2-1 victory against Kilmarnock at Rugby Park, which might have significant implications for the Scottish Premiership title match.

However, things would not have turned out in Ayrshire if it weren’t for James Tavernier’s heroics, who in the second half twisted a truly world-class free-kick level past Kilmarnock goalie Will Dennis.

The game had a number of significant moments, but none could possibly top the magnificent long-range free kick. Following the game, Philippe Clement was questioned about James Tavernier.

During the press conference following the game, Belgian manager Clement commended Tavernier for accepting accountability for the Rangers squad.

The Rangers manager used the opportunity to compliment the Ibrox supporters as well, saying that he thought the captain’s demeanour perfectly summed up the feelings of the spectators.

Clement stated, “He is there all the time.” He is there at all times. He puts forth a lot of effort for the team since playing defence is just as important as scoring and stats.

And he never loses, he fights until the very end, and he gives it all. Both the squad and the supporters are starting to adopt this mindset more and more.

“They were fantastic today as well; they were outstanding today. You may become discouraged because it’s hard to make chances when you’re behind in the first half, but they didn’t stop singing, being upbeat, or pushing.

“This connection that exists between the fans and the team is also major for me because they know the team will stop at nothing to win these three points.”
