Significant appeal news for Everton: three individuals are constrained by secrecy before contacting the Premier League

Martin Lipton claims that the Premier League has no control over when the results of an appeal against an Everton-initiated 10-point deduction will be made public.

On Thursday, February 22, The Sun’s leading football writer stated on his X account that the three individuals who sat on the independent committee to hear the appeal are the only ones who are aware of when the news will be relayed to Everton and the Premier League.

To put it plainly, the players, coaching staff, supporters, and club all deserve better.

In other Everton news, Jamie Carragher reacted when Wayne Rooney spoke out about a contentious incident.
