The Grapefruit League has some ballpark news as spring training gets underway: the naming rights to the West Palm Beach training camp have been acquired by Travis Scott’s hard-seltzer company, making CACTI Park of the Palm Beaches the new spring home of the Houston Astros and Washington Nationals.

The multi-platinum, Grammy-nominated singer Scott is the proprietor of the CACTI Hard Seltzer brand and is situated in Houston. The entire ballpark will be rebranded, and spectators attending Astros and Nationals Spring Training games will be able to purchase merchandise under the CACTI brand.

“I am excited to be working with the Houston Astros and the Washington Nationals for CACTI Park of the Palm Beaches, especially with the official U.S. launch of CACTI coming up,” Scott stated in a press release.

According to a press statement from Creighton Kahoalii, Senior Vice President, Affiliate Business Operations of the Houston Astros, “The Astros are excited for the opportunity to work with Travis Scott and the CACTI Hard Seltzer team.” “This partnership bolsters our ongoing efforts to offer fantastic fan experiences at CACTI Park of the Palm Beaches all year long, not just during spring training.”

Since its opening in 2017, the Astros and Nationals have shared the training complex, with their respective clubs’ facilities located on different sides of the ballpark. It was once known as Palm Beaches’ FITTEAM Ballpark.
