Aaron Rodgers is attempting to sign a second former Green Bay Packers teammate with the New York Jets for 2024.

Quarterback Aaron Rodgers of the New York Jets is well recognized for his strong desire to play with players with whom he has a personal relationship. That’s the reason the Jets tried so hard to surround the future Hall of Famer with his pals during the previous season. Naturally, his pals played a lot more than Aaron Rodgers, who suffered an Achilles tendon tear four snaps into the 2023 NFL season.
Before they had reached a deal with the Green Bay Packers on a trade package for Rodgers, the Jets signed wide receiver Allen Lazard to a four-year $44 million contract in an attempt to entice him to New York. Nathaniel Hackett was also signed by them to serve as their offensive coordinator. Hackett served as Aaron Rodgers’ offensive coordinator in Green Bay, where he earned two NFL MVP Awards.
