“Consistent efforts” are being made by Man United and Spurs to sign the 21-year-old defender.

Jarrad Branthwaite of Everton is supposedly the player that Manchester United and Spurs are most interested in signing after the season ends.

The youthful defender has made 21 Premier League starts this season, and he is having a great breakout campaign. After scoring an important equaliser in Everton’s 2-2 draw with Spurs ten days ago, the 21-year-old’s reputation is growing.

Furthermore, two teams are already in the lead in the competition to entice him away from Goodison Park in the summer, according to a recent Daily Mail article. It’s said that United and Spurs are “making the most concerted effort at this stage.”

Both teams are searching for young, gifted players that are homegrown, and Everton’s number 32 fits all of those requirements.

The defender’s contract expires in2027, so Everton can still prevent him from leaving, although being demoted to the Championship would undoubtedly hurt their standing.

Everton, who is one point from safety with 24 games played and now ranked 18th in the league, will need to work hard to salvage their season and make sure the team can get the most out of players who are leaving.
