Mohamed Diomande acknowledges that once Rangers decided to pay a high price for him, he is anxious to pay Philippe Clement back.

The 22-year-old midfielder joined the team last month on loan from FC Nordsjaelland in Denmark; in the summer, the Gers will have to pay £4.5 million to make the move permanent. The Ivory Coast Under-23 cap is now among the top 15 most expensive signings at the Ibrox thanks to the high price tag, but Diomande has vowed to repay the Light Blues for their confidence in him.
