Can Uzun, Nurnberg’s wonderkid, is expected to leave in the summer transfer window after receiving attention from
Premier League clubs Newcastle United, Everton, and Fulham.
That is according to Dieter Hecking, Nurnberg’s sporting director, who has sent a clear message to the club’s supporters that
they should enjoy the much-coveted 18-year-old while they can.
Can Uzun, it looks, will not be around for long.
Ruhr Nachricthten reports a long queue for the German-born Turkey Under-18 international.
Newcastle United, Fulham, and Everton are vying for the top spot, while Borussia Dortmund, Inter Milan, and other clubs are also competing.

According to Hecking, there is a low chance he will stay for the summer.
“Clubs are lining up (to sign him).”
Despite having only turned 18 in November, Uzun is already a ‘vital member’ of the Nurnberg first squad, according to Hecking.
The teenager has scored 10 goals in 18 Bundesliga games. This term, there are two games, and 13 out of 20 throughout all competitions.
The club’s sporting director, Olaf Rebbe, expressed pride in their long-standing support for the player.
“He has gotten recognition for his goals, assists, and the manner he plays. The fact that he performs so consistently well for his age is remarkable. “We’ll see what the future holds.”
Wonderkid in prolific form
According to reports, Uzun could leave Nurnburg for a cost of around £10 million.
The amount would make the twinkle-toed attacking midfielder the club’s most valuable export in history.
If Uzun decides to move to Newcastle, he will join a talented group of young players at St James’ Park.Eddie Howe has
established regulars in the senior squad, including Tino Livramento, Elliot Anderson, and Lewis Miley, who is a few months younger than Uzun.
