This offseason, Jerry Jones will have to spend a lot of money on the choices the Dallas Cowboys make.

To begin with, they need to decide how to handle Dak Prescott’s upcoming contract deal. Then, with CeeDee Lamb, his finest receiver, they must follow suit.

The gifted wide receiver said to Micah Parsons during their podcast interview that he anticipates becoming among, if not the highest-paid player at his position the next season (via Jon Machota).

“I’ll tell you this, one of the top paid receivers for sure, but I can’t give you no numbers right now,” Lamb remarked.
Tyreek Hill of the Miami Dolphins is now the highest paid player at $30 million annually, thus Lamb is in line for a huge salary.Even though the Cowboys had the strongest quarterback-wide receiver combination in the NFC going into the playoffs, they still lost to the Green Bay Packers in the Wild Card round.

Lamb appears uninterested in seeking a different opportunity, though, and he plans to maintain his position as Jerry World’s top star for some time to come.

With any luck, that cash will also translate into a Super Bowl ring and some postseason success.

Lamb deserved that, no doubt about it.

After having the best season of his career, he was named to the All-Pro team and finished the season as the second-best player at his position.

He had a sluggish start to the season and there were whispers of a possible trade request due to his lack of offensive engagement, but he finished with a league-high 135 receptions for 1,749 yards and 12 touchdowns.
