In the It’s All Kicking Off podcast, Ian Ladyman ranks the all-time greatest center backs in the Premier League.

Chris Sutton says that Neal Maupay ought to feel ashamed of his recent “strange” behavior toward James Maddison and Kyle Walker on Mail Sport’s It’s All Kicking Off podcast.

Since the beginning of the year, the Brentford striker has found his form, scoring in each of his past five appearances in all competitions.

The 27-year-old has, meanwhile, combined his increased proficiency in front of goal with a fresh aggressiveness and desire to agitate his opponents.Madison became enraged with Maupay when he made fun of his celebration when the Bees defeated Tottenham last month.

He then got into a heated argument with Manchester, which worsened the issue.Walker, the City skipper, in the final moments of their Monday 3-1 loss.

Co-host of It’s All Kicking Off Sutton thinks the former Everton striker’s actions are “quite odd” given his skill level in comparison to the England internationals.

“I think it’s a really odd mindset when you dish it out to players who are, quite frankly, miles better than you,” Just keep your lips shut and stay beneath the radar, is how I would think.

“You can be physical, competitive, whatever you want, but hurling insults at Kyle Walker—I don’t understand that in any way, shape, or form; he ought to be ashamed,”

An expert lip reader exclusively revealed to Mail Sport that a raging Walker threatened to ‘knock out’ Maupay after the striker ‘whispered taunts about his children’.

The Manchester City star – who had been mocked by the home fans following the news he had fathered a second child with Lauryn Goodman – erupted at the 81st minute of the game at the Gtech Community Stadium.

Walker was heard complaining to fourth official Stuart Attwell and referee Jarred Gillett about what he felt were Maupay’s remarks concerning his kids.

Sutton continued, “It’s clearly doing him a lot of good and maybe motivating himself.” But he’s not holding back when it comes to the team’s criticism.

“Thomas Frank is a nice guy, but I don’t know if he’s saying keep doing it behind closed doors because he can’t stand it.”

Sutton had slammed Maupay for his antics following the incident with Maddison last month. The forward had given his side the lead against their hosts and opted to tease the former Leicester midfielder with his celebration.

After a heated exchange between the two, Maddison and Tottenham would finally emerge victorious with three points.

After getting under the midfielder’s skin online, Maupay carried on his battle with Maddison.

Sutton highlighted his assessment of each player’s quality, saying that Maddison of Spurs is a “Waitrose” while the striker for the Bees is a “LIDL.”

Since then, high-street supermarket companies have added Walker to their lineup, believing the 33-year-old to be their most upscale brand.

“What stores do you have up in the north?” Booths? Sutton continued.
