‘Biggest problem‘ – Chris Sutton in rare Rangers and Clement love in as he slams Celtic

In an attempt to mock Celtic’s recent results, Chris Sutton has waxed poetic about Rangers and Philippe Clement.

The former Hoops striker thinks Clement is leading the Gers, who are currently only three points behind their competitors, in the correct path. Contrarily, Celtic has been inconsistent and is only ahead on the standings because they have participated in one extra game than Ranger.

On February 8, Sutton stated to Sky Sports, “There has been a shift in mentality.” It is visible to you. The belief has developed and is becoming stronger and stronger the longer Clement has been the club’s manager.

Since Clement joined the Rangers, there has been a clear shift in momentum. He is assembling a group of people who are gaining faith each week.

This season, Celtic has shown signs of inconsistency. That has been their main issue.

Clement and the Rangers taking off
Witnessing Sutton, a former Celtic striker, voice accolades for the Gers and their manager Clement, is undoubtedly a change in the wind.

However, it’s evidence of the indisputable progress the side has made under Clement’s direction.

Their comeback, which has left them only three points behind their competitors, stands in stark contrast to Celtic’s inconsistent play, which is a far cry from their impressive performances from earlier in the season.

The choice to start Clement in place of Michael Beale seems to have ignited Rangers’ revolution, giving the team tremendous confidence and drive.

Even though Sutton supports the Hoops, he can’t ignore the obvious change in the chemistry between the Glasgow rivals.

Sutton believes that admitting their lead while criticizing Celtic’s erratic play highlights the present state of the Scottish Premiership title contest: the Gers are gaining ground, and the Hoops need to establish steadiness in order to regain their previous dominance.

In other Rangers news, previously unseen video of the Ibrox supporters’ attack on Oscar Cortes v. Livingston has surfaced.
