Micah Parsons’ Dan Quinn Message to Commanders

Micah Parsons’ Dan Quinn Message to Commanders

Micah Parsons, a standout defensive back for the Dallas Cowboys, has never shied away from discussing his friendship with Dan

Quinn, the former defensive coordinator. Quinn was a key player in changing the Cowboys defense with Parsons as its focal point during his three seasons as a member of the Dallas defensive setup.

However, on gamedays, he is now an opponent. The “Lion-Backer” knows what kind of player the Commanders are getting in Quinn, with whom he has grown close, and he also has a message for the players in Washington.

“They’re getting a real upstanding, outstanding guy, man,” Parsons said to Cameron Wolfe of the NFL Network. “I hope those

players accept this and give it their all for him, knowing that nobody will love them and cherish them more than Dan Quinn.”So, dude, please take care of my guy, be grateful for his existence, and acknowledge his awesomeness.”

if at first Quinn leading a division rival club may sound unusual, this is football, and even if Quinn has a good relationship with Parsons and other Cowboys players, things have to move on.

There will be a distinctly “Dallas” feel to the NFC East with Quinn guiding Washington and Kellen Moore leading the Philadelphia Eagles. Dallas now needs to put forth a lot of effort to locate a replacement for Quinn.

Ron Rivera of the Commanders and Brandon Staley of the Minnesota Vikings, both former head coaches, have been suggested.

It’s unclear exactly which direction the Cowboys will take, but there seems to be a trend because all of the aforementioned

candidates have head coaching experience. Quinn performed admirably while he was in Dallas, but the Cowboys will be seeing

changes on the defensive end next season as Parsons will have a new coach.

Quinn seems like a natural fit for the Commanders, who seek to develop a winning culture, and we have no doubts that Washington will look after Quinn well as it enters a new chapter.
